RELEASE AND WAIVER

Release and Waiver of Liability: In return for me and my children being allowed to participate in the activities being conducted in connection with the NFL Experience Mexico City  and related events taking place at Front Bucareli September 4-7, 2025 ( the “EVENTS”), I, for myself and/or on behalf of my child, and on behalf of my and my child’s family, estate, heirs, executors, trustees, personal representatives, successors and assigns, hereby release and covenant not to sue the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., and/or its affiliates or commercial partners that are conducting or sponsoring participatory/interactive activities, sampling or other similar games, events or activities in connection with the EVENTS, and all owners, operators and lessors of premises on or in which the EVENTS  take place and the owners, shareholders, members, managers, partners, affiliates and direct and indirect subsidiaries of each of the foregoing, and each of the officers, directors, agents, officials, representatives, employees, contractors, sponsors and licensees of all of the foregoing, and each and all of their respective successors and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”), for, from and against any and all manner of action or actions, cause or causes of action, in law or in equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, liabilities, future liabilities, obligations, suits, claims, demands, procedures, damages, losses or expenses, of any kind nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, which I and/or my child/children have, or may hereafter have, pursuant to the Federal Civil Code and all and any applicable Mexican legislation, against any or all of the Released Parties, individually or collectively (collectively, "Claims"), for property damage, any injury, disability or wrongful death arising as a result of or relating to my and/or my child’s/children’s participation in the EVENTS, or use of facilities, premises, or equipment, whether or not related to the EVENTS, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur, regardless of who is at fault and including as a result of the ordinary negligence or fault of any of the Released Parties (collectively, the “Released Claims”).

Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all Claims brought as a result of my and/or my child’s/children’s involvement in the EVENTS, or use of facilities, premises, or equipment, whether or not related to the EVENTS, including, without limitation, any Released Claims, and to reimburse the Released Parties for any costs and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, incurred in defending such actions.

Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk: The EVENTS involve physical activities which may include but are not limited to [warm-up, training, demonstrations, practice, games, clinics, travel, and social events] (referred to in this document as the “Activities”).  Participation in the Activities is likely to expose me/my child to RISKS OF SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH.

I understand and agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for any injury, death or property damage arising out of the EVENTS, or use of facilities, premises, or equipment, whether or not related to the EVENTS, even if caused by their ordinary negligence or fault. I understand that participation in the EVENTS involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, consumption of food, weather conditions, negligent or willful acts of other participants, negligent first aid operations and procedures of Released Parties, serious injury and death; and other risks that are unknown at this time. I am voluntarily participating and/or permitting my child/children to participate in the EVENTS with knowledge of the dangers involved and agree to accept all inherent risks of my/their participation. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Released Parties, and assume full responsibility for my and/or my child’s/children’s participation in the EVENTS. I agree to abide by and comply with, and to ensure that I and/or my child/children abide by and comply with, any rules relating to any of the EVENTS. I further agree that prior to participating in the EVENTS, I will inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if I believe anything is unsafe, I will immediately refuse to participate and/or to allow my child/children to participate and will inform the Released Parties.

I acknowledge that in participating and/or allowing my child/children to participate in the EVENTS, the Released Parties owe me and/or my child/children no duty to supervise the activity or the persons participating in or watching the activity. I further acknowledge that the Released Parties, its agents, employees and/or volunteers do not owe me and/or my child/children any duty to supervise or control my actions and/or the actions of my child/children or other persons participating in or watching the activity or otherwise on the property.

I consent to administration of first aid and other medical treatment for me and/or my child/children in the event of injury or illness. If I and/or my child/children needs medical treatment as a result of his/her participation in the EVENTS travel to and from the EVENTS, or any events incidental to the EVENTS, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

Publicity Release:  I understand that the EVENTS may be filmed or photographed and I consent to being filmed, photographed and/or recorded, and/or my child/children being filmed, photographed and/or recorded, with any retouching or alteration without restriction, and in all languages, and I hereby grant the Released Parties the unlimited right throughout the world in perpetuity to use my and/or my child’s/children’s personally‐identifiable information, which I acknowledge and consent has been collected pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, such as: name, city of residence, comments, voice, photo, likeness and/or demographic information free of charge in any manner and for any purpose (including commercial purposes) in any media now known or hereafter developed, and in all languages, and waive any moral and economic rights therein, to the extent permitted by all and any applicable law. I agree that the Released Parties will be the owners of all and any copyrights and other rights in and to such, film, photography and/or any resulting material, and may freely assign this release and any and all rights incident hereto in any manner the Released Parties determine.

Governing Law: I understand that this Release and Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Mexico and agree that if any provision of this Release and Waiver is invalid, the remainder of this Release and Waiver will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that any and all legal proceedings related to this Release and Waiver must take place in Mexico City, Mexico.

Parent/Legal Guardian if Participant is Under Age 18: I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) participating in the EVENTS. I am of legal age and am freely signing this Release and Waiver on behalf of myself and the minor(s) participating in the EVENTS, and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. I understand that I am responsible for determining whether participation in the EVENTS is advisable for me and/or my child/children and I am responsible for my and/or my child’s/children’s behavior and actions while participating in the EVENTS.  I have read this Release and Waiver and understand that by signing it, I am giving up legal rights and remedies on behalf of myself, my child/children and his/her family, estate, heirs, executors, trustees, personal representatives, successors and assigns. I agree that by signing this document I am hereby providing my full consent.

I, ON MY BEHALF OF MYSELF AND MY CHILD/CHILDREN HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I, ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD/CHILDREN AM RELEASING SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
